What to expect...
Welcome to Pilates
Each session will be different depending on the individual. Your consultation will consist of a health questionnaire and waiver, alongside a full postural assessment, and setting of goals. This is an opportunity for me to get to know your body before we dive in. Each session consists of a warm-up, a tailored Pilates sequence and a cool down. Props are included. Between week 1-6 you will be given two exercises to complete during this time period to make sure your progress stays consistent and manageable.
